An illustrious line-up of wineries and chefs are expected to arrive for this year’s annual Pebble Beach Food & Wine from 5 to 8 April.
The US West Coast’s premier epicurean lifestyle event will attract 250 acclaimed wineries and 100 celebrity chefs, to the Acqua Panna and S.Pellegrino sponsored event for four days of hedonistic food and wine tasting in one of the most picturesque destinations of coastline in the world.
Daniel Boulud, Ludo Lefebvre, Fatima Ali and more renowned chefs will deliver cooking demos and unique dining opportunities alongside plenty of wine tasting opportunities. Here’s the pick of the highlights:
Opening Night Reception:
Opening night kicks off at the magnificent Inn at Spanish Bay with “a night of unbridled indulgence” including decadent bites from twenty-three of the weekend’s top chefs along with the pick of two hundred local and international wines.
Nomad Pop up with Chris Flinton:
NoMad, of Chef Daniel Humm and restaurateur Will Guidara fame’s recent opening in LA (see the dishes here) will be celebrated with Chris Flint and the NoMad team in a “no-holds barred” NoMad Pop Up with a supper club vibe and the live music stylings of Allen Stone.
Lexus Grand Tasting
Mingle and sip with the famous faces as the four days of festivities come to a climax on the last night with over 300 wines supported by a “who’s who” list of 30 top celebrity chefs. An unmissable grand finale.
